A 53-year-old female who had undergone three previous rhinoplasties by two different surgeons came to the Cosmetic Surgery Institute in Los Angeles. She was treated by Dr. Clark Taylor, who performed a full reconstructive cosmetic rhinoplasty, including tip reconstruction with cartilage grafts and dorsal augmentation with a GORE-TEX® artificial implant. The residual tip cartilage left from previous procedures was reconstituted and positioned to alter her nose profile.
